"PLEASE READ - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! First off, I would like to say I've never left a bad review in my life. I've also been coming to this location for years and I've never had a problem. Last week I dropped my car off on a Friday, let them know it has a blinking check engine and a misfire code. Days go by, I never received a call from them. I called on Wednesday, and asked if they had looked at my car. No one seemed to have an answer, so they said they'd call me back in 10 minutes. Never received a call. Gave them about an hour before I called them back and they said they were looking at it now, I decided to drive by and the car still hadn't moved, so they were obviously lying. I finally get a call back saying they won't have a diagnosis until tomorrow (which would almost be a full week since I dropped it off. I get a call Thursday morning saying they've diagnosed the issue with a dead battery at that it would be $300 to fix it.... 1. I dropped it off for a blinking check engine and misfire code, which has absolutely nothing to do with a dead battery. 2. I had my battery replaced last year, brand new for about $100 at auto zone. I also have a warranty on that battery, so if I needed that relaxed I could have it done for free. $300 is also WILD for a battery replacement cost. So not only would they not be fixing what the actual problem is with the car, they tried to make me pay an outrageous price for something I didn't need and could get for free. 3. I went to pick up my car and they left it with the window down during the middle of a snow storm. I dropped it off with the windows up, and there is no reason they should've been down to begin with. When I asked why the window was down they couldn't provide me with an answer and said I would have to call their manager. When I asked for the managers number they said they didn't have any business cards left so they couldn't get me their number. We ended up having to jump it ourselves during the snowstorm, and as soon as we got it started, the window rolled right up. They deliberately left my window down in bad area parked right on a Main Street. I had expensive belongings in there as well, such as a $350 yeti cooler which easily could have been stolen. Not only is there zero reason the window should have been down, my interior is soaked and frozen and the doors were also left unlocked. I took it to a shop down the street, who not only diagnosed the actual issue relating to the misfire code within minutes, but also recharged my battery for FREE, and the job will be done within a DAY. Not only was the entire Mr. Tire staff unprofessional in nearly every aspect, but no one was able to hold accountability for their actions, simply pointing the finger at one another. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to lose a week of your life waiting to hear back from them, scammed and have the interior of your car destroyed."
"How many Mr. Tire technicians does it take to screw in a light bulb? Well, the answer is irrelevant because they will completely ignore the busted bulb in question. I brought my car in on a Friday night for an oil change, a TPMS light reset, and the amber colored side marker light was dead on the passenger side of the car. I explained all 3 of these issues when I called a few days before. I bring the car in on Friday and am told there is no record of my appointment. I explain the 3 service issues again and they are entered into the system. I am told the car will be ready on Saturday. I don't receive a call on Saturday. I don't receive a call on Sunday. I don't receive a call on Monday. So I call after work on Monday and ask about the status of the repairs. I am told that it is ready to be picked up. I again ask if all 3 service issues were addressed and I receive confirmation that they were. I go in after work and again face-to-face I ask if all 3 issues were addressed. I am told "Yes". I go out to my car to check, and the TPMS light is still flashing, and the amber colored side marker light is still out. So all they did was the oil change and obviously ignored everything else, especially because the maintenance checklist I received with my receipt says that everything else checks out OK on the car. Well they obviously didn't actually check because the amber colored side marker light was still out. I go back inside and tell them it's not fixed. The employee tells me that everyone there is new and that they are still in training. I should have taken that as my opportunity to leave. However, I give them another chance and am assured it will be fixed the next day. Tuesday, I receive no call. I call again after work and am told everything is fixed. I again asked on the phone if the TPMS and side light issues were addressed and am told "Yes". I get there, get my key, and the TPMS light is still flashing and the amber colored side marker light is still out. I go back inside and explain and the manager takes the car back inside the garage. There's about an hour and a half before the shop closes. I wait for a new bulb to get delivered and installed. In the meantime, manager shows me that the TPMS is in good shape but he is unable to turn off the TPMS light on the car dashboard. I get an "I don't know" and a recommendation to take it to the dealership. OK, fine. I wait another 20 minutes for the bulb to get replaced. Finally the car is brought out. I turn on the headlights just to make sure, and now BOTH amber colored side marker lights are out on the car. I grab the manager again. He fiddles around. I get another "I don't know". At this point I finally leave. Not being able to fix something at your shop is one thing. Being told that the car is fixed multiple times and coming to the shop multiple times and nothing is fixed is inexcusable and a waste of my time. I shouldn't have to explain everything 6 times before they are addressed. The issues were obviously ignored until I came to the shop the second time and everything was looked at in the last hour and a half before closing time. This location has been going downhill for years, and there are constantly new managers and employees. This honestly was not the first time having issues with this location, but this was the last straw. Maybe the next team of employees will be better and more equipped to handle basic maintenance (probably not)."
"I had 2 tires patched and an oil change. This is the first place that put the correct amount of oil in my vehicle! I definitely recommend."
"Very friendly staff that was honest and frank with me. I went in for a patch on a single tire, knowing my tires were way past their prime. Because of the wear and tear on the tires (they were the originals, 7 years old), I did wind up replacing all 4 tires. The pricing was fair. I added an alignment and a repair/replacement warranty. I came out 220 a tire for an SUV. This is gonna be my new go to place. They offer many other services that I'll be checking out in the future."
