"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. When we were booking a party bus for our wedding, we were told the party bus could fit 24-26 people. We had 26 people in our party and booked the party bus. On our wedding day, they first sent us a SMALLER bus when picking up the groomsmen. I did not know this at the time, but we were paying for the larger bus and was sent a smaller bus. They ended up switching out the smaller bus for the larger bus we actually booked right after we were finished with our ceremony. When we all were trying to fit in this "24-26 people party bus" after our ceremony to go to pictures, only 20 people fit and two of them were standing. Six people in our party had to find another way to where we were taking pictures and to the reception. I called to complain the next day and stated that they advertised 24-26 people and shouldn't advertise this when it's no where close to being true. We did not have large people in our party either. I wanted money back due to this false advertising and the stress that it caused me on our wedding day. I was told I would get a call back from the owner and discuss this and have not received a call back. Would not recommend!!!"

"Reserved a bus for the Browns game this past Sunday. Ron, the manager who helped me book the reservation, was extremely communicative and polite, and answered all of my questions promptly. Our driver, Lou, was extremely punctual, polite, and was communicative about where he'd drop us off and pick us back up again. We had a great time with this service, and would highly recommend it to anyone."
