"Took all afternoon for new tires, but it was a Saturday - their busiest day. Decent cost for Blizzak Tires. The young woman at the frt of the house, Vi, not sure how she spells it, was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with!"

"I have been bringing my car here for oil changes for sometime now. Generally had a satisfactory experience with oil changes. I made an appointment this week to have my oil changed, tires rotated, and differential fluid changed. I got a voice-mail shortly after scheduling the appointment that they couldn't honor the appointment. I called back within 2 minutes of getting the voicemail and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. At which point no one answered. So I hung up and tried again. Once again to be put on hold for over 10 mintes. I'm not sure what is a reasonable amount of time to be on hold with a tire and lube shop at noon on a Wednesday but 20 minutes sounds excessive when they had called you less than 2 minutes before you called them back. I tried calling 2 more times only to be yelled at by a woman and placed on hold both times I was able to schedule another appointment online, but when I showed up today I was informed they wouldn't honor my appointment that was confirmed via email. I in good conscience cannot recommend this conrads location to anyone else. It is highly inconvenient to not only me who has to drive 1000 miles this coming week and needed an oil change but also to the person who took time out for their day to come pick me up at the shop when I was supposed drop off my car. I was originally going to wait with my vehicle but was told they would only honor the appointment of the car was dropped off. So now my mother had to drive 30 minutes each way to meet me at the shop only to have to drive right back after we were turned away."

"EXCEPTIONAL OVERALL. Great management and friendly staff. I had a blowout on the freeway on my trailer, so I drove on my flat there. Although they didn't have tires for trailers, he offered several places that sell tires. They even let me keep the trailer there overnight till I returned with a tire, and they even installed it for free. I can't say enough about how helpful they were and how nice they were. I will be purchasing my tires there for my vehicle there for sure."

"Had work done earlier this year on my control arm and later it was making noise took it back to the shop that did it and they said it was okay. A couple weeks later the noise got worse and my car started making a cranking noise. I knew it was that control arm but had not been able to get it back in. Therefore, I stopped at this location and explained the problem to Brian. He looked up my account, test drove the car and detected the problem. He said all he need to do was tighten up the bar. I was in and out within half hour. This store is greaT."
