"Took my truck here for an estimate in May which went smoothly. Insurance sent me the check quickly. Tried getting an appointment set up but he kept saying “we are slammed, call me next week and we will get you set up”. Called several times within the 2 month span and got the same story. Even stopped at the business in person and got the same story. I’m usually not the one to complain but this was terrible. 3 months of attempting to call and set an appointment but just got blown off. Took my truck to Strongsville body and paint. Got an appointment that day. Don’t waste your time here."
