"I haven't had any issues with this oil change center. I usually try to get there when they 1st open. But the waits not that bad. They do a good job. I get the pit crew oil change. They are definitely cheaper than other places for sure."

"I was double charged. Went to get it resolved, but they only refunded 85% of the total amount. Said the oil cost was undercharged the first time lol. Also, they were too lazy to take of the old sticker. They just put the new sticker containing the next oil change on top of the old sticker. Lol if they can't even do that, I wonder if the filter or the oil were actually changed..."

"needed a tire replaced, they replaced it but not without ripping me off. i purchased the extra warranty on the tire being replaced a year ago, replacement should have been covered by warranty and they told me my tread was too low. give me a break. any other walmart service center has replaced them with the warranty for even longer amounts of time and tread lost. not to mention instead of telling me i needed new lug nuts on the tire, they replaced TWO of them with REGULAR BOLT NUTS without saying anything to me about it. i am absolutely enraged at the risk of safety hazard and will NOT be returning to this location."

"This is my new and favorite place in getting oil changes! Good customer service, quick and efficient work. Pulled out and felt the difference right away. Didn’t take advantage of my ignorance for cars to try selling me a bunch of stuff I don’t need. Overall not a single complaint except the rude customer before me. I’m so glad that I came here. Perfect and I will be coming back!"

"They almost NEVER answer the phone! I did my oil change here for the first time as I usually go to the dealership which is expensive. The change oil light came on after only 2k miles so I was freaking out. They didn't put a sticker so I didn't see the mileage I started with or the anticipated date for changing my oil. I called about 10 times and it just rang. Tried calling Walmart to get connected and nothing. I also got hung up on. I once spoke to the auto operator who said my request was handled by the technicians and transferred me, in which I just got a busy tone. The initial service was okay but after the follow-up was unsuccessful I don't think I would ever go back."
