"I ended up being a jerk. That was uncalled for. I have been working non-stop for days with little sleep. I flipped out on my own mother, embarrassing myself and undermining an employee. That was pathetic. I apologize for that. I am sorry. Anyway, The tall guy who worked last shift on 6/21/23 was probably the most helpful employee I've ever encountered. He really went above and beyond and I ended up treating him kind of badly. I was buying a battery and the tall guy installed it. We ran into some small problems that he fixed. He did a wonderful job. He was very outgoing and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and eager to fix any problem I had. I don't even remember his name. He deserves a bonus or a raise. Maybe I'll see him again so I can properly thank him and apologize for my outburst. The other guy's name was Donny. He was quite helpful too. Ask Donny who the other guy was. Both those guys are the best."

"The employees are super friendly, helpful and helped me pick out good windshield wiper blades. They keep information in their system in case you lose your receipt which is very convenient. AutoZone next door treated me terribly so O'Reillys has my business from now on!"
