Costa Oil - 10 Minute Oil Change - Avon

"Don’t go here. There was a $45 Groupon for full synthetic change. The toothless crackhead who attended to me said based off my car I would need to pay an additional $54.15. Well a) that’s more than their most expensive change; b) it’s my wife’s 2018 Pacifica. Not exactly a premium car that would need special oil. When I said “so basically the Groupon is useless?” He said “yep pretty much.”"

"These guys are excellent! Very reasonably priced and legit only 10-15 minutes for the total service. Great loyalty program where every 10th oil change is free and I also like that they offer top offs on any fluids at anytime between oil changes. Always running some solid deals or specials. Service team is very nice and quite informative too. Give them a shot!"

"Seen the Facebook special online and usually go to Take 5. Figured I would give Costa a try. Unbelievable service. Mike, Kevin and Jeremy did and amazing job. Explained everything to me. Filled all my fluids, Checked my tires and cleaned my battery up. I definitely will recommend the guys at Costa Avon to everyone. 40 bucks for an oil change WOW. Impeccable Service. "Just pulled out after what was supposed to be a “10 Minute oil change.” They snapped at least two of the bolts on my skid plate, which had no reason to be removed in the first place. The filter is easily accessible from the top, and the drain plug is well behind the skid plate. Again, no reason to even touch it. After an hour of waiting with zero communication on what was going on, I saw in the reflection of a nearby window that my skid plate was on the ground. I asked what was going on, and it wasn’t until then that I was informed. I was asked to return the following morning for them to repair, and told that I would be, “in and out.” 2 1/2 hours later (after sitting on a concrete curb), I pulled out and headed to work (which I was already 3hrs late for). I get to work, and find the front end of my truck covered in oil (under the hood, under the truck, all over my front bumper), what seems to be oil dripping from my skid plate, no washers to replace the ones that previously existed, and WAY undersized bolts to replace the previous existing as well. As polite as the crew was, I pulled out with my truck being hacked up. “Pissed” isn’t even the word! After spending 3 1/2 hours waiting for them to fix a problem that should have never happened in the first place (as there is no reason to remove the skid plate for an oil change), to hand my truck back to me in this condition?!?! My truck was in pristine condition before I pulled in, and now it’s hacked and covered in oil. Absolutely unacceptable!!"
