Granite Shore:

"Called everyday to get a quote before it starts snowing. Took 6 days to get a quote...$2100. On day 9, I was still without insurance. I kept getting voicemails and internal transfers when I called. Finally a lady got so distracted with me calling, that she actually tried to submit my Policy. But first, I had to be interigated.... they asked about 50 personal (some intrusive) questions about myself and my snowplowing company. Then when she tried to submit my Policy, their system wouldn't accept it. I'm so upset. I waited another week to hear back from the owner and never did. I finally called another insurance company, EZ2Insure (Parma, OH) and I got insurance the same day. $2million in coverage for $1500. Just in time for the snow! Don't use Botson."
