"Stole my money and refuses to refund or answer my emails. Also, didn't respond to my BBB complaint. Luckily, I have a great attorney which is my next step. Also, as I have said before, "I am sorry you lost a child, but that doesn't give you a right not to refund my money." ***Edit: 01/30/2024 It has been over a year since my order, the owners have called me names on social media and told me I should get over it. I have reported fraud with the FTC and have been communicating with an agent. Hopefully we can get these crooks soon and get our money back."

"I placed an order in March and the seller has ignored any and all of my attempts to contact them. I have recieved no refund or my order and they have blocked me on social media. This is theft and she owes a lot of people money. I'm sympathetic to her losing her child but this is getting out of hand."

"I placed an order for several items in March. The last update I received was in May. I have emailed several times since then inquiring about my items and received no reply or a refund. Their website shows new seasonal items being crafted and sold, yet they are still not fulfilling orders placed with them and paid for from the beginning of this year. I understand at one point they had some very sad personal issues which delayed things, but you should not be crafting and selling new seasonal items until all of your past and paid for orders have been completed and shipped."

"If you are considering buying online from this store, DO NOT!! THIS IS MY WORST ONLINE SMALL BUSINESS EXPERIENCE!!! I placed an order and I had not received an update for 2-3 weeks. I messaged the account and after our interaction, they made a post noting that customers who reached out were "unkind" and that they would choose cancellations of orders from said customers. The account stated that the order would take 4-6 weeks to complete; however this information was not on the site during the date of purchase and I did not get a follow up email about this issue until 5 weeks after my purchase. I love supporting small businesses. I'm understanding of smaller scale issues and I have patiently waited for my order. They do not communicate with customers and fail to provide thoughtful customer service. Again, this business could be great in-person, however, my experience as an online customer has been POOR and AWFUL. EDIT: I tried to take out too negative of comments from this initial review."

"I am one of the hundreds (probably thousands by now!) of people who ordered a dino nugget pillow when they went viral this January. I have not received it yet but the owners have been very well at communicating what has been going on with the delays in production/shipping. I reached out once via email and received a response within 30 minutes, and from reading the emails and social media updates they have sent out life has not been kind to them at all. I cannot believe people would take to dragging them down over a $14 pillow! It's ridiculous. Whenever I receive it, it will be a nice little surprise to myself. If they decide to close up shop because people are ridiculously rude I wouldn't blame them, and consider my payment a supportive donation."
