Big Lots

"There are way too many furniture stores now in Brunswick. I need another piece of expensive furniture like a hole in the head. They need more everyday useful and needed items in the store - not $1K beds and dressers. Big Lots is not going to succeed with mainly furniture."

"They’ve lost a customer since they changed to Big Lots “Home”. The store is really lame now. I used to enjoy meandering around and end up buying a cart full…This time I spent $15 and don’t plan to return, probably ever. I was disappointed and when I mentioned it to neighbors and friends, they all said “ oh yeah I hate it now. We won’t be back”. I also saw 3 people walk in then exit without buying anything. It’s also overpriced"

"This is not your typical Big Lots. It's now Big Lots Home. It's very clean and lots of furniture options. If you have there rewards program everything and I do mean everything gets an automatic 5% off. Will be back for more stuff."

"Since they changed this location to Big Lots Home it is horrible. It was the most frustrating shopping experience I ever had. They have each shelf set up decorated. If you want 4 of the same placements you have to search the entire store and hope you find them. I found three and was so fed up going all around like a scavenger hurt it was awful. Not worth my time whatsoever. Bad change you made! I won’t come there any longer and used to every Sunday and buy things."

"Don’t waste your time or money in this store. They are not family friendly, they complain about the foot traffic on Saturday from the car cruise-in that’s happened there for more than 30 years, since the days of Carneys. They’re making any and all attempts to prevent this family friendly gathering from happening. Do not support this establishment until they decide to support the community."
