"Horrible service. Guys added water to antifreeze reservoir. Did not top off windshield wiper fluid and did not change oil filter. The service was paid for less than a month ago, come to find out they did not even execute and oil service. My wife brought the car home yesterday with knocking. DO NOT TRUST THESE JOES WITH YOUR CAR. Will add pictures of everything as this plays out."

"The team here is always fantastic, but Jordan in particular was kind, welcoming, and helpful. My husband and I travel for work, so knowing that our vehicles are in good working order for cross country drives is an important part of our lives. And knowing which places we can go that are welcome to folks who are “not from around here” is always a top priority, because there are plenty of folks out there who will take advantage of someone they see as “different.” Because of all this, I am going to let our entire ren faire community know where they should all be going for checkups on their vehicles before we all move south for the winter. "Generally when it comes to Valvoline, I've always had really good experiences. I know that I'll be paying double, but the convenience of getting in and out in under 15 minutes has been worth it to me. This was my first time at this location and I won't be going back. The men working on the car were super friendly, but the cashier was rude and condescending. It was my first time bringing my new car, so I had a few questions, and it was absolutely the hardest part of this dudes day to have to explain things to me. When I asked if there was a middle tier for the oil, he said "you see how there's only one choice on the screen? I could put olive oil in it if that makes you feel better." I'm pretty used to being talked down to as a woman when I get my car worked on, but that comment definitely takes the cake. I also felt way more pressured by all the recommendations than I ever have before, and when I finally caved, they didn't even have the part they recommended. I'll be driving a bit further next time to return to the Beavercreek location, as I've been there plenty of times and never been treated this way there. Jordan may have been having a bad day, but take it home, don't take it out on your customers."
