"Talked with Dustin, he was very knowledgeable about a drum to disk conversion kit that I needed answers. First person, out of several other manufactures, that actually knew what I was talking about. Thanks!! Year later, a small problem with the bracket. Contacted Customer service. Got an immediate response from Dustin at Customer service took care of my brake booster issue!. Shipped out a replacement part. Had it in a few days. Back on the road to car shows! Thanks!!"
"Absolutely awful. I placed an order July 20th, 2023. They sent the order to the wrong address - NOT the address I had provided. They told me to wait until the parcel was returned to them and they would reship it. I waited and waited. On 8-11-23 the parcel was returned by UPS to their facility and signed for by their warehouse staff. I sent several emails from 8-11 to 8-23 with no reply. Today, I called and spoke with a supervisor. He tells me they are not willing to do anything. He said IF they find the returned parcel they will send it out to us. I told him it had been returned and SIGNED for 2 weeks prior. He would not simply send out a new order, for which I PAID. He refused to look for the parcel or put any effort into finding it or making things right for THEIR mistake...simply IF we find it we will send it back out. Ridiculous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE."
"**BUYER BEWARE** I purchased their hydro boost brake kit GHB730572 from Summit Racing. The description shows the proportioning valve as being identical to my factory one so I pulled the trigger. When I received the kit and began installing, I realized the proportioning valve was missing the port for the driver side front brake. I reached out to Summit who pointed me to the manufacturer. I’ve had multiple conversations with RPUI and they keep insisting I received the correct part and, if Summit had the incorrect information on their site, that’s their problem. They tried to tell me that I needed a T adapter to plumb my front brakes meaning I’ll have to make custom front brake lines. Well, RPUI, you have the same pictures and description on your website AND in your instruction manual!! After reading the reviews and comments online, I guess I should’ve expected this sort of response. After showing them pictures from their own website, they’ve gone silent on me. They’re all about making money but, you’re out of luck if you need any support from them!"
"Was told 3 times on the phone while I placed my order that the seat covers were in stock. I called the next day since I didn't get any tracking, and was told that it usually takes 48 to 72 hours to get tracking. Ok, so I called back after the 72 hours and was told that there is a 12 week lead time for these. Why was I not told over the phone when I placed my order? How can you trust a company that either openly lies to its customers, or is so incompetent that they do not know what is in stock? Lots of time wasted with these guys. Steer clear of them!"
"Ordered PUI seat upholstery online. The site made it look like upholstery was in stock. It was not. 4 months back ordered.... then when parts did arrive I received 2 PASSENGER side seat covers (seat release hole on same side both covers) As I already had seats at trimmer and was about to lose my spot, the trimmer said he could alter one cover to work. I asked for some kind of reimbursement to help offset the costs to trimmer, was told in a one sentence reply (which was written politely) that no they would not help reimburse. My company will never use this company again."
