"Terrible. I went yesterday to buy upgraded headlights. Even though I was there to buy them for me, the blonde Woman who was resting on the counter tops, wouldn’t speak to me. This prompted the male friend that I was with to go ahead and get the headlights for me as well as pay them for me so thank you to the lady for being Rude and scoring me some free headlights, but I think it’s wild That I am the person intending to make a purchase, and she wouldn’t speak to me. While I stood there on my phone, She proceeded to try to tell my male counterpart about how it was her first day and so on. It’s fine he’s not my husband, but I just saw that as really a slap in the face since I couldn’t even purchase my own headlights from her. And if he was my husband I’d have been quite upset to be honest. He didn’t care because he was only dealing with her because she would not speak to me, and it was all very awkward and rude. I will go somewhere else to buy $80 headlights next time and maybe they can say hello to me. O’Reillys, do better!"

"One thing that stands out to me after reading these reviews is that the customer service is outstanding - and after our experience there this evening I completely agree! We came in an hour before close and having no idea how to fix a part that was seemingly falling off our car during a trek out of the city. The two guys working immediately started helping to try and find ways to fix the issue. They didn’t stop until the right part was found and installed and even after several attempts going underneath the car and in and out of the store they were still incredibly helpful and friendly. We would gladly go back again just for their generosity and kindness in getting the problem fixed efficiently. Shout out to Butcher and our new friend the Banker- we really appreciate you both!!"
"Better than average customer service. They ordered parts for me at 8:00 a.m. and had them there by 10:00 a.m. and called me to let me know they were there. They also make hydraulic hoses and are open late."
