"I took my vehicle in took be fixed and low and behold the problem was still there when I got it back. The mechanic said it was stuttering because of my brakes, so they put in new brakes and pads and shoes and rotated the tires, $340 later the problem I initially brought it in for was still there. Not pleased."

I asked him to give me a receipt with a business heading and he would not. He'd given me a price and then told me if I pay taxes he will give me a legal receipt. I asked him why weren't taxes included in the first place, which he told my husband this was the price with taxes. He then gave me a receipt with no header and no name or work performed. I need a receipt because work done was just satisfactory and in case there is a problem I will need Cuz's to be able to rectify the problem and honor the work. Very unsatisfied. We have given Cuz's work before and had more work to give, but we will never give you anymore work nor refer. You have lost a good customer and many more. I will be writing BBB and social media about this issue. Cuz's didn't complete all the work of removing the rust that we agreeded on.
