"Researched mattresses and mattress stores in preparation for helping my Mom buy a new box spring and mattress to replace her 24 year old set. Based on our prep, my Mom started at the Original Mattress Factory Kenwood Road store in Cincinnati. Our experience with the mattress/box springs we purchased from that store was first rate in terms of the performance of the sales staff (Ms. Kirsten who was patient with my Mom testing the options, answering questions, explaining the options), the excellent service of the delivery (on time, quick and professional set up, etc.) and the quality of the mattress -- Mom is very pleased with the comfort of the mattress. Also, Kirsten aided us in getting a mattress cover after the sale and delivery even helping us make arrangements for Uber to deliver the cover to Mom;s while I was back home over 500 miles away. We recommend the store, the product and the service without reservation."

"Buying experience good. Delivery experience not so much. Came home to this. Paid for mattress removal, apparently minor stains are a reason they don't remove mattresses. Too bad my father-in-law was here instead of me, I'm a lot more savvy to a tip shakedown it would have happily provided the $40 more It likely would have taken to have my mattress removed..... Even though I was charged and paid for that service."

"I bought an Orthopedic Ultra Plush mattress from Nick Rose recently and have to say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I shopped around considerably before going to Original Mattress Factory last because while I did want to see what else was out there, I figured I'd probably end up purchasing from OMF and I was 100% correct. Nick really knew everything about the mattresses and was able to relate it in a clear and understandable manner to a prospective buyer. With his help I was able to easily narrow down my selection. I really feel like he was more educating me on mattresses than trying to sell me anything. It was an extremely pleasant experience, especially compared to some other nearby competition. I was never looking for the cheapest mattress, I was looking for the best mattress and I'm highly confident I found it. In the future, should I find myself shopping for a mattress, I really won't bother going anywhere else. Delivery Edit: Sam and Deon were both extremely friendly, professional and had the mattress delivered on time and brought it in quickly and set it up. I'd easily repeat my purchase at OMF."

"The Original Mattress Factory was great and we are thoroughly enjoying our new mattress. My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and the Original Mattress Factory was our first stop and last stop. Nick the manager of the Kenwood shop was extremely helpful and explained how their mattresses differed from those you would find at a Mattress Firm. They even have examples where they cut open competitor's mattresses to show how the inside differs. After seeing their examples it was pretty clear that we didn't need to stop at any other mattress store. The prices were also extremely reasonable. Delivery was also easy the 2 deliverymen easily hauled away our old mattress and box spring and quickly delivered our new set, the whole process took about 5 minutes. They were also very polite and courteous. I would highly suggest buying a mattress for the original mattress factory if you are looking for a mattress, they are very comfortable and very well made. Best of all it was made locally in Cincinnati."

"I actually shopped and bought from the one in Fairfield, OH. Very friendly, not pushy salespeople although I believe they work on commission. I only bought a basic full size bed for spare bedroom with the soft top. Delivery was worth the $50. They arrived on time, brought box spring and mattress in and set it up. Very professional, nice guys. I would recommend to others."
