I went for the first time today, and was not sure how the free dryer worked, And the ladies at the front desk were more than willing to help me out. Would definitely recommend it is very clean and there are a lot of machines. Also, there is a lot of seating area if you plan on waiting around."

"The Wash House CLE is awesome!!!! The washer and dryers are extremely clean, no odors or messes ever! Nadia was extremely professional and her customer service is unmatched! I left my wallet on top of a washer and she put it away in a safe place and verified it was me when I called in to look for it. They give free money when you purchase a wash card which is pretty much free! If you never thought to go on a date at the Landry Matt, THIS IS THE ONE!!!!! Five stars….."

"This place is the bomb! And the ladies that are employed here are so nice and helpful, they make the place. Unfortunately my washing machine is still broke and I haven't replaced it yet so I have to go someplace to do laundry. I couldn't find a better place to do it at though this place is excellent. They have a number of washing machines and dryers available and they're clean and I appreciate that. It has been years before that I had to go to a laundromat so this has really up the game for laundromats in my opinion. See you next time!. Oh and don't forget about the doggie wash options there too which is a great thing to have."

":Edit Review: I had a 6 load washed not was my close properly and when I told the attendant she said I would have to pay for another wash myself. Good customer service would have offered another wash in a different washer and had the first one looked at. They just had me switch to a different washer and had me pay for it. Rather disappointed in this outcome. Lowering rating for this from 5 stars down to 3 stars. :Main Review: I went here on a Tuesday around 11:00am.  Frinedly staff, I talked with Sabrina who  working at the time and she was informative. This place is clean and well maintained. For a person like myself I was happy to see and after talking to the staff, she confirmed this place is 2A friendly. They have 5 type of washers and two types of dryers. The washers range in size and price and the free dry also range from two dryers per washer to one dryer per washer depending on size of washer. ($11.25×9 $8.25×6 2 dryers $6.25×4 $4.75×3 $3.75×2 1 dryer) As of now the staff have to activate the free dry but once they get their loyalty program up and running it will be attached to the card. A quick note, the dryers are $0.25 per 3 minutes to keep out people who only want a free dry, a problem other places have that allow their dryers to be just free. They have a nice little play area for the little ones and a nice adults only loft to relax as you wait for your stuff to be done. There is a little snack bar area also with coffee maker and microwave. They offer laundry service drop off and pickup, mind you it is by the pound. They also have a place you can wash your dog at also that is clean and neat. Over all, a nice little place to do your laundry with little to no wait."
