"Someone got sick on the chaise lounge portion of our 8 year old sectional with minimal contact on the surface areas, 90% ending up deep in the side and rear crevasses. We thought for sure it was trash but figured we’d try a cleaning first. Kevin from K&L responded to my initial contact within minutes and the next day he was out to pick up the piece and take it in for a deep clean and treatment. He went above and beyond in making sure every nook was flushed out, the fabric was cleaned, and the wood was treated to ensure no lingering smell or issues. The piece was returned to us within a week looking better than new, and price was extremely reasonable given all the work that went into it along with pickup and delivery.
