"Great job! My car looks great, service was completed promptly, and the staff effectively communicated with me and my insurance company to ensure a seamless process. Thank you!!"
"Dude so many great things to say about this place. Ok a bit of a “cool story bro” but my family and I were traveling from Indy to So. Ky. I had found this charging station along the way for my Q4etron. I called up the place and someone, a real human, answered the phone. I was immediately impressed. Spoke to some bro and asked him if it’s ok if we use their ChargePoint. He was super chill and was like, yea totally. Second, when we rolled up there all the employees were SUPER nice and friendly and it was all genuine and sincere, not cringey at all. Parked my car to the charging port, used the ChargePoint app and it was MAD EASY. Not one time did anyone ask who are, what are you doing, are you looking for a trade-in or anything, they just left me alone. Third, bruh that charger is FIRE, it charged my Q4 to a full battery in about an hour! My family and I ate at City BBQ down the road, which was legit, and when we came back my whip was fully charged. Again no one asked how long will I be, where are you going, you can’t just leave it here; they were all super chill and so respectful. Lastly, walked inside the dealership and spoke to this cool older guy, seemed like someone’s dad, his dad swag was next level, tucked in white polo, brown belt, khaki pants with the pleats, and Im sure he was rocking 595 white New Balances. Dad Drip too hard. Told him thanks and he chatted me up a bit, just genuinely curious about my EV. So never bought a car here, but would definitely in the future even though they are about 2 hrs from where I live. 5 out of 5 “broooooo”"
"My good friend bought a used 2015 Buick Encore On July 13, 2020, with in a week he was noticing it not picking up speed on the hwy and he took it to dealer. The inspected it and told him it needed new spark plugs which they charged him $200.00 for. He drove it for another 2 weeks and found that it was still acting up. He took it back to Dealer on August 30th they told him that the Turbo went out in it but they refused to warranty it or cover it and told him it would cost him $3,000 to repair. He spoke to the Sales Manager named Mark and he told my friend that he could not help him. The vehicle was then towed to another mechanic that replaced the turbo in the vehicle and found several other issues. The engine is damaged and the AC compressor appears to be broke in it. He called Jeff Wyler again and they told him that all used vehicles come with a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty on it but they still did not agree to fix it. They told him to have it towed in and they would review it for coverage. He has not driven this care he purchased in July for more than 3 weeks since he purchased it. The dealer sold him a lemon vehicle and are refusing to stand behind their own warranty. I would highly recommend NOT using this dealership for any used car purchase. Update - we gave Jeff Wyler another chance and they refused to cover any of the damages. Also they refused to call me back. I left 2 voicemails yesterday for both the service manager and the used car manager. You failed this customer and you did not stand by your own warranty. He literally drove this vehicle for less than 3 weeks since he purchased it in July. Turbo is out, Engine is out, AC Compressor is out. You sold him a lemon and now you refuse to fix it. I will share this with everyone I know. I will post this everywhere I can. I want the world to see what kind of place you run. You don't stand by your own warranty that the used cars you sell are in working order and if not you will fix."
"*Update*: Had to change review from 5 stars to 1 star. I was lied to directly and told that several of the add-ons such as Wylercare could be honored at any Honda dealership regardless of location since we lived a couple hours away. Upon attempting to schedule a service appointment, I found this was not true and never had been. I paid for something I absolutely didn't need because I couldn't use it in my location. It may have only been a few hundred dollars, but I now feel like I couldn't trust anyone at this establishment. Save yourself the hassle and stay away."
"My Element's check-engine light came on during a road trip earlier this year--right when passing Florence. Elliott in service gave fast and free help to hook up the diagnostic tool to the car to read what the code was. It wasn't anything dangerous--so I didn't need to delay my drive to deal with it right then. I kept his card to remind myself to write a positive review and say how helpful they were to me...and I just found that card months later while cleaning my car. Positive impression, and I would service my car there!"
