"The purchasing of our washer and dryer was great. I enjoyed the buying experience. The service side of their company is a total mess. Our washer started leaking water 6 weeks ago (these units are not under warranty). It took three weeks to get them out here, While making the repairs they created another water leak. No problem they are covering the cost and admitted that it is their issue to correct. This is taking another three weeks. This started before Thanksgiving. They have had the part for over a week. It is now a couple days before new years. They just canceled our appointment for today and said it will be Saturday Dec, 31. My recommendation is go ahead and buy from Big Sandy (great sales personnel no high pressure). Just find another service provider because Big Sandy Service is a mess."

"Me and my wife purchased a new couch and a washer/dryer set. While we had a good experience when purchasing our new appliances the service after the sale has been horrible. We are on our 3rd cushion cover replacement. Each time it takes weeks to get them put on. The scheduling for "inspection" is pathetic. They allow for a 3 hour block of time to complete a 5 minute job but are not flexible with their times after making someone wait weeks to have it done. Also the heating element went out of our 6 month old dryer. Since we bought the warranty it is paid for but after how long we have had to wait for it to still not be fixed, we should have not got the warranty and fixed it ourselves. Will will be without a dryer for almost 3 weeks. You are at their mercy on the warranty and they are in no hurry nor willing to work with you on scheduling. My advice would be to not buy the warranty and just put the money back you would have spent on it so you can have it fixed yourself."

"I bought a whole furniture set, had the couch for 2 years and the cushions broke down along with the bottom part that holds it up. I have been waiting Since July and it still hasn't been resolved. Today it was supposed to be fixed and have heard nothing. I called them and they said the "PARTS" still weren't in. Thank God, I paid for the warranty but I still feel they should do more!"

"I will NEVER!!!!! buy anything from this place ever again and I would advise anyone else to do the same!!! If you have a problem with your purchase, they’ll drag you along until your warranty runs out and then they forget they ever told you “I promise you won’t be out a penny on this issue”. Horrible customer service!!!!! Problem with brand new appliances from a month after purchase. It’s 1.5 years later and still not resolved and now they say, “Your warranty is out, so you’ll be responsible for any parts and/or labor”"
