"My brother took his van to have his window replaced at the Waverly place. 3 days later the rudder came out from around the window. Myself and my brother have tried to call the office, we went to the Waverly office, and have left 2 message. All the lady will say is we will come out the next day and when she doesnt it's I'll come out the next. Never once followed up. Finally had to have A1 Glass out from Portsmouth come and they said the window didn't have primer. The lady never followed up with their poor work"

"Great job installing the new windows and the price was affordable. Kind, funny, and didn't leave any mess at all! Very informative and took the time to show us all the new window features. Also alerted us a small mold issue so we can take care of it before it gets worse. Even made sure our cat didn't escape and dealt with our chorkies and Yorkie barking like they think they're guard dogs. Definitely exceeded even the highest expectations!"
