"Bought a washer/dryer Kitchen table and chairs along with a laptop from them was told that we didn’t start payments until next month on everything since we bought it this month well was just told we owe them 261 on everything and was told the washer/dryer and kitchen table was suppose to be payed 9 days after getting it even though we put a down payment on everything now we just found out the laptop would cost 20 dollars a week 80 dollars a month which we were told it would only be 20 dollars every month they won’t do anything about it and the washer and dryer came broken it has mold inside that is causing our clothes to stink and get destroyed and the kitchen table and chairs had mold on the bottom legs of each chair and table leg we have tried telling them over and over again that’s not what people told us and they won’t listen so we decided to just get them to pick everything up and won’t ever do business with them ever again they suck at what they do as a company helping there customers out solve issues like this one we are in I’m never using rent 2 own ever again"

"Customer service lacks. Seen a salesman try to high pressure a customer into buying additional items after she kept telling him no. Waited 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me there (2 salesmen in the showroom) when someone walked out of the back stockroom."
"I got a fridge from here a while back because I needed something in a hurry when my fridge went out. I had to have an urgent shoulder surgery and it’s the 2nd surgery on this shoulder. So I was off work for 12 weeks. I received half of my income while I was off work. I made all my payments and was always on time. Never late. I’ve now been able to go back to work and I couldn’t make a payment. I tried to make arrangements with them and they said when I was a week late that if I didn’t make my payment that they would show up to take my fridge. I get it. Everyone is struggling right now. But these people can’t work with me and let me make some kind of an arrangement. They were very rude on the phone. Tried calling when we were at work every day wanting their money. I will pay this off and NEVER go back to there or any other R2O at that. Very disappointed in this place. And highly frustrated."
