They fixed car within a reasonable amount of time and worked with us on logistics of coming back to KY (from Ga) to pick it up. We had an issue after we picked vehicle up and they made sure it was resolved for us with a local shop."

"They're great mechanics but always super busy and backed up. Expect them to have your vehicle for at least a week. And that's the norm. They don't like talking to customers about vehicle issues. I guess cause they're so busy and the receptionist never knows anything about what's what do don't bother to call and and inquire about your vehicle status."
