"An employee at an auto parts store recommended this shop when I needed an emergency repair at 4:00 PM after leaving work. BTW J T’s is now called Findlay Street Auto. The owner told me to bring it right over and quoted a very reasonable price. When I arrived, they immediately started working on the car. As they began work, it became apparent that the repair was much more involved than originally thought. I was shown the problem, damaged parts and given different options to make the repair. I do most repair work myself and know my way around an engine, but when you’re an hour away from home and have no tools, you have to make hard decisions. I asked when they could complete the repair, thinking that I would have to call for a ride home. He told me they would stay late and finish it. Parts were delivered, repair was completed, and I was on my way home in less than 4 hours. The shocking part is that he was close to his original estimate despite the additional time and parts. Very honest, repair was well-done and work was completed quickly. I highly recommend!"
