"Instructions weren’t clear. The two guys working who were ABSOLUTELY the rudest they could be. Yelling keep your feet off the brake. Then our car lunges forward within inches of the car in front of us. Luckily we stopped. Then they asked us if we want to go through again like we didn’t just almost get in an accident because of them. AWFUL experience/customer service/ service in general."

"This place is a joke, they promised several things to their workers, when they bought it from Scott, they lie after lie, made workers work without breaks, but took it out of there checks regardless if they got one. Took money from customer with there lies, most of the equipment didn't work, the under carriage never work right for over a year, but kept charging customer for it. They haven't even giving the w-2 to former workers as of yet. I know this because I was a worker there for over a yr. And was done wrong along with others. That's why there is always new people there. If you want a good wash inside and out return to the old blue Jay's they will take great care of you."

"On good days, lines are long as to be expected. The flow goes quickly. Friendly staff and thorough. I get the $20 wash, mainly because it does the undercarriage in the winter. This helps with the salt build up and prevents rust from starting. Car is always very clean afterwards. I've never had any damage and am pleased with the results."
