"MOORES SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE VAN. THE ROOF LEAKED IN 2 PLACES AND IT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF SALE. WASN;T TOLD THE VAN HAD BEEN IN 2 ACCIDENTS EITHER. FALSE ADVERTISING AND ENTRAPMENT, THEY ARE LYING TO THE PUBLIC BY NOT DISCLOSING INFORMATION. THE BATTERY WOULDNT START AND I HAD TO GET A JUMP 2X WHILE TEST DRIVING THE VEHICLE. I WAS TOLD THE BATTERY WOULD BE REPLACED BEFORE I TOOK IT HOME. IT WASN'T. DIED 2 DAYS LATER AND HAD TO HAVE AAA COME OUT TO JUMP AND REPLACE THE BATTERY. THEY GAVE ME $100 TOWARD A $200 BATTERY. THEN IT RAINED AND I SAW THE VAN LEAKED IN 2 DIFFERENT PLACES.THIS WAS NEVER DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF SALE. THEY KNEW IT, THE VAN HAD SAT ON THEIR LOT FOR QUITE SOME TIME. THEY DELIBERATELY WITHHELD INFORMATION EVEN AFTER I HAD ASKED FOR A CARFAX, IT WAS NEVER GIVEN. ROB MOORE, THE OWNER, ALSO OFFERED TO FALSIFY THE SALE PRICE ON THE TITLE SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY AS MUCH IN TAXES. HE'S COOKING HIS BOOKS TO SAVE TAX MONEY AND NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. IF HE'S OFFERING IT TO ME, HE'S DOING IT WITH OTHER PEOPLE TOO. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND TO RETURN THE VAN. THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE BBB, CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. MOORES TOTALLY FLEECED ME AND DELIBERATELY SOLD ME THIS VAN WITHOUT DISCLOSING ALL ITS PROBLEMS. I AM AN ELDERLY WOMAN AND WAS COMPLETELY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THEY INTENTIONALLY SWINDLED ME. DO NOT BUY FROM MOORES GARAGE."
