"I would not recommend this service center. I have increasingly had worse and worse service over the years. My clutch seemed to be going out and they said they’d look at it and advise what to do. They then called me to say I should replace the whole thing, but admitted they didn’t actually visualize the clutch or any issue because that would take too much time to open up and look at. I can appreciate a diagnosis taking a considerable amount of time, but I’m not sure how you can recommend something be done without actually seeing the problem. Their cost was also $2000 over another shop specializing in German cars. I also more recently slid on ice and hit a curb, popping a tire. I called them for tires because no one else had them in. When I took my car in they found a control arm was also bent and needed replacement. When we picked the car up after they repaired it there was considerable road noise (that would have been obvious if they test drove the car). I called them and brought the car back in to be looked at again, and they made me pay for a diagnosis. They found the wheel bearing on the same wheel that was hit was bad. It doesn’t make sense to take a car in for a repair, telling the shop what happened to the car, and they seemingly have blinders on while working on your vehicle and you have to bring it back to them multiple times, at your expense for them to see what’s going on. I also gave them this feedback, and they seemingly did not care. No apology for not getting it right the first time. No explanation for why they didn’t test drive it after the initial repairs or notice a problem. They just said thanks for the feedback. Go somewhere else."

"Great lounge area. These dealers charge an arm and a leg to complete the smallest tasks. In my case the job wasn’t complete and I was told I needed to get a more expensive fix. Which was $4000! I was still charged $800 for replacing a light bulb!"

"I don’t recommend them at all. I got a price quote from an outside garage to fix my valve cover gasket that was much much cheaper than the dealer price, but I decided that the dealer would fix it much better than anyone else, and gave them my car to fix it. The car came back with more problems than before. Also, at the time when I purchased the car, they charged me 165$ to check my car, they gave me a report for what they checked. In the report, it shows that the coil spring and shock absorbent are totally fine, but I found out the rear coil spring is totally broken!! How would they check it without noticing that!! They are not professionals as they supposed to be. Don’t ever think about having an Audi car, and if u made a mistake and got one, try to find somewhere else to fix or check it, but not with these guys."

"These folks really went above and beyond to help me. Specifically, Ryan and Kyle. They tracked down a part I needed to make my airbag work, while everyone else I called told me didn’t exist and was impossible to get. They could have easily just given up, but they kept working and found a way to get it done. Thanks again for the help guys!"
