"Had an oil change done here less than a month ago. While they were servicing my car, the tech told me I had a serious oil leak, which was new to me because I never previously had issues with being low on oil and never had oil on my driveway. Now, since having the oil change my car is heavily leaking oil, staining my driveway which leads me to believe that they damaged my car somehow and played it off as a previous issue."

"Gotta give a shoutout to the manager, Alonso. We were really impressed and grateful for his customer service and attention to detail today. My husband got an oil changed at this location on a Tuesday and it seemed to be leaking everyday since he left. We finally called the customer service line Friday night and they created a claim ticket for us. Saturday he called the location again and we got Alonso on the line. He assured us that he could take care of the problem and told us to come in at our earliest convenience. When we got there he worked on our vehicle himself and we were in and out of there within 30min. A car leaking oil is very concerning and stressful but it ended up being a simple fix and he handled the situation very professionally and courteously. Thanks Alonso!"

"Came in needing an oil change, left needing to replace my Subaru’s tail light containing unit due to an incompetent attempt to replace a tail light. I was in the car the entire time and watched the mechanic try using brute force to rip the tail light unit sideways instead of straight back. I asked him if something broke because I saw a little black piece fly off out of the side mirror, but he reassured me that nothing broke and I was just seeing things. He then proceeded to spent the next while trying to brute force it back into place/unbend where he was pulling straight out from. It doesn’t sit correctly now and wobbles more than it should. Lost my trust while I was sitting in the car. When I got home, I (correctly) took the tail light cover off and lo and behold, it was broken.. both of the connection pieces are snapped. I called the manager to see what they could do about it and he reassured me that he would check the CCTV and get back to me the next day. I haven’t heard back from him and will probably never go to a Valvoline again. Very unfortunate."
