Trisha made every step of this process so easy and kept us informed. We originally had the car at a competitor's shop and were not treated well. We are so glad that we switched to Caliber!!! Trisha gave us such wonderful customer service, was so knowledgable, and called or sent a text frequently to keep me informed. She did her best to keep the cost of the repairs as low as possible. Caliber came in $1800 lower than the other shop was going to charge. The car looks amazing and drives beautifully! I would recommend this Caliber location without hesitation!"
