"I have a 2013 MINI Cooper with about 85,000 miles. She’s wonderful but occasionally needs some attention. Upon moving to Cincinnati, I found Westside Auto here on Google and was pleased by the positive reviews. These folks are the real deal! My little MINI Pearl is back to purring like a kitten and at a very reasonable price. The mechanics here are fair and flexible but where this place shines is they go above & beyond in customer service. The young lady who runs the front desk, Nicole, is an absolute marvel. When I was out of town for a family emergency, she arranged for my car to be dropped off at my home so I wouldn’t have to be without it over the long Memorial Day Weekend. Seriously?! Who does that kind of thing these days?? Kudos to the whole team at Westside for making what is usually an unpleasant situation a true example of how things should be done."
"We are so impressed with Westside Auto Care! They were highly recommended to me to service my Mustang. We had some unresolved repairs from another garage and I needed to find a reliable mechanic. Before Aldo even opened the hood, he knew exactly what was wrong. His other mechanic previously worked at Ford and was extremely knowledgeable, as well. They completed the repair in less than one day. I finally found a trustworthy, reasonably priced, thorough mechanic. They also referred to my Mustang as "She" and "Her"! These guys really "get it" and I'll happily trust all of my repairs on "My Girl" to them from now on."
