"I went in for brake pads and it turned out I needed rotors too. They wanted about $450, which was less than I paid on my last truck. Then I got the text of the inspection showing a broken strut. It included pictures, so there was no denying it. I could tell it was my truck, so I said ok to the struts. That was another 1k+. Not what I wanted to happen, but I needed the truck in good shape for work. Then a bolt broke off (not their fault) and they fixed that. It turned out I had spacers on the struts , bad ball joints and control arms too. They replaced it all and the price was about $1700. Way less than I expected for all the extra stuff. I figured it would cost at least 2k. I’m really happy with how they helped me out and I’m a customer for life."

"Tom and all of the guys at Meineke in Milford are very nice and helpful. They always work very hard to work your car needs into their schedule. They realize that their client’s schedules might be very full and hectic. They always treat me with respect and a warm reception. I fully trust them with all my auto maintenance, repair, and help when I needed new tires. You cannot go wrong to reach out to them with your automotive needs."

"I love this shop. When I call, the owner answers, and Tom is a straight shooter. I drop a vehicle off and his technicians recognize me and are friendly. Their turnaround time is fast, and they always have my budget in mind when they are explaining to me what the vehicle needs and what they suggest. They’ve helped me maintain my two daily drivers for the last three years and also helped me with work on some of my classics, Including recommendations to other folks who provide services they can’t. I can’t say enough good things about the work I’ve had done at their shop. last time I was in another long-term client came in with his border collie, and there were treats behind the counter, waiting. they clearly understand the customer experience and quality service drive loyalty, and they’ll have mine for as long as they’re around."

"Sadly not trustworthy. Avoid their alignment services for sure. My experience below: I replaced some struts and shocks on my car, which meant I needed an alignment. I took it to Meineke for the alignment. They did the 2-wheel alignment, gave me the paperwork showing it was good to go. But then the car started driving poorly. Super touchy steering. It was constantly fighting me going every which way on the road. So I took it back in to them. They looked at it, said I needed $1,400 of work to replace my control arms (I'd just replaced the struts, sway bar links and rear shocks, so control arms replacement wasn't way out of the question logically but also not something I was super excited to do). I took it to a local shop I've gone to for a second opinion. They quoted me for control arms, but asked why I thought I needed that done. They said they looked fine. They did a test drive and felt the symptoms I described, and put it on their alignment rack. It was wayyyy out of alignment. Back wheels toed out, front wheels toed in. They did a 4 wheel alignment, and it fixed the touchy, wandering steering. $150 and my car drives like a dream again. I let Meineke know. They were glad it was fixed for me. No offer to refund (and I'm not the type to demand satisfaction), but my experience should warn anyone away: 100% avoid for alignment, in particular. If I hadn't had it re-done, it would've worn my tires down like crazy. And if I hadn't had a second shop look, I'd have been out of $1,400 for no reason!"

"I had my car taken care of in July and was so happy that they accommodated my work schedule to drop it off early. I also returned for an oil change today. They had it done very fast both times. Tom was very helpful and nice and I definitely made sure to mention to my friends and coworkers that this is a great place to have your car worked on if they ever need it."
