"After tons of research into buying our first EV, we settled on the Ford Mustang Mach e. Our nearest dealer didn't have our desired color choice, and with only a few days left before the tax credit expired for these cars, we located one in Milford OH at Mike Castrucci Ford. I made a phone call, and happened to connect with Jimmy Davis, who confirmed they had the car, and off we went on an hour drive to Milford. Jimmy was able to answer all our questions and worked with us to ensure we had the car in time for the tax incentive. In fact, we drove it home the next day after he led us through a thorough overview of all the features of the car. We're very pleased with the car (still much to learn!) and with the service provided by Jimmy Davis at Castrucci Ford. I wish they were closer to home, but feel confident that we'll be fine with the broad network of Ford service centers. We would do it all again."

"Just a quick note, the one star review is in no way shape or form a review of our salesperson on 11/10. If I were rating the quality of our interaction with our salesman alone this would be a 5 star review. This was not our first experience with Mike Castrucci, but it is most likely our last. The first experience would have also earned a 1 star review. The salesman in the first encounter was very unhelpful and didn't even attempt to help us buy a car. We only returned because I was rear-ended and my vehicle was towed to their facility. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Mike Castrucci on 11/10. The vehicle was listed online as new, and included pictures of the odometer at 3 miles. We arrived to discover the vehicle was actually a courtesy vehicle with 2,700 miles. Aside from the misleading advertising we decided this was not a problem and we decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. When we arrived home and set up Ford Pass we discovered that the vehicle had not had an oil change on it prior to it being sold to us, there was only 50% oil life remaining. This vehicle was sold as a new vehicle and as such should have had an oil change. Quite honestly I have never purchased a vehicle, even used, that hadn't had an oil change performed. I called the dealership to inquire as to why this hadn't been done and was informed I would need an "I Owe You" document from the time of sale, or that I could use my Ford points to pay for the oil change. Overall experience, other than our salesman on 11/10, has just not been great. The oil change should have been done prior to listing the vehicle for sale. --It has now been over a month and there has been no attempt by the dealership to reach out. I have since had to pay for an oil change the vehicle. The response from the dealership, in regard to the original version of this review, stated someone would be reaching out. We have yet to hear from anyone."

"I don't live in the Cincinnati area but my daughter goes to school there. She recently had a ruined tire and with her crazy schedule no time. The wonderful staff at Mike Castrucci Ford took great care of her. They went above and beyond to get her back on the road in a very quick and convenient manner. I could not have been more impressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone on the Cincinnati area. They were fantastic! Thanks!"
