"We were referred to Big Red and are we ever glad we were. Hadn’t heard of them but believe me we will tell everyone who will listen how great they are. We were looking to replace 28 year old refrigerator and dishwasher and a 50 year old stove and range hood. Everything was working but having refinished our kitchen, the white appliances just didn’t work. We wanted stainless steel. We were blessed to have Damon wait on us and he introduced us to a relatively new line called Beko. We were very impressed and after doing our research decided we wanted to buy this line of appliances. Just like everyone has stated, you’re made to feel welcome as soon as you enter the store. We were called by name which to me is a big thing. We are scheduled to receive our order but have no doubt the items will be a huge upgrade to our new kitchen. "Such a wonderful family own and operated business! Their customer service is phenomenal. They acknowledge and greet you when you walk in. I was in need of a washer and dryer. Shortly after roaming around this section of their store, Jakob approached me to see if I needed any help or had questions. After telling him what I was in search of, he didn't immediately push for selling the most expensive sets they had. He went into asking personal questions about how many people we have in the house, how many loads of laundry we do weekly, and how spoiled are our cloths with dirt on average. This allowed him to guide me to what type of machines would fit our family the best. He even took it a step further and asked if I was okay with machines that might has a small scratch or dent for a WAY cheaper price. Well OF COURSE I am!! He let me borrow a measuring tape to make sure the machines with fit In our small laundry room. It also took me three days of coming into the store to decide what worked best as I had limited time with juggling work and kids school schedules and Jakob worked patiently with me each day to help figure out what worked best for our needs. He never presented himself as if I was wasting his time. He treated me like family. Lastly, the best part about their store and they have a kids section. They have kids toys and large comfy couch for kids to hang out and play! I cannot recommend them enough!"
