"Bought @ 2,000 $ mattress and box spring set. Within 3 months I developed degenerative disc disease. Orthopedic doctor told me the bed has destroyed my back. I have zero support In the middle of the mattress where my lower back rest. I spend half the night on the floor or a couch now. Customer service is ambivalent and dismissed me even though my bed is only 6 months old. Horrible service and zero reliability"
