"TERRIBLE, I hope Noone has to rent anything from this company,..my tenant rented stuff from here ,and had to move ..So when they had to come pick up their stuff, they removed my door got there stuff and left , leaving my door off and took the hardware so I couldn't even put it back on myself..all I can say is WOW!!!! SMH!!!!"

"UPDATE: I never received any outreach from the district manager as promised below, my card has not been refunded. This store continues to steal money from me each month. This location continued to charge my credit card months after I had returned my item. When I called to complain, Megan the manager did not apologize or show any concern, and when I asked why she was acting in such a way, she said she "didn't like my attitude." STAY AWAY from this location unless you want to be charged without your consent."

"Megan talked to me over the phone and wrote down what we wanted order to be delivered. She told me over the phone that she deals with a lot of customers and forgot what we ordered and put in a random item code to send to us today. When I called and told her she told me I had to wait until Monday to talk to Shannon. And when I noticed all the items were damaged she yelled at me then hung up on me. When I called corporate they hung up on us twice as well and told us to wait until Monday or Tuesday, that they wrote a ticket to have a manager call us. That they couldn’t transfer me to anyone because they were not allowed to and I just had to wait until I got a call back. Worst company ever"
