"Have shopped there since we moved here! Shopped Big Lots where I used to live! A person can find some really good buys at Big Lots! The short story of my unhappy review is, I was treated like crap when I called about a special product I have bought there for 3 years! I know I have purchased at least 30 jars!! When I FINALLY got someone, after holding forever and being hung up on once, that person said we do have carry that?!?!!! WHAT! She was rude and too lazy to care!! I have worked retail my entire life and you don’t treat people and talk to people the way she did me! Will not be returning!"
