"Our experience was great. We let them know what we wanted, made an appointment, they had the car ready and we test drove it. After we discussed pricing and finance options. Jake Sweeney’s salesperson, Emilio Perez, was personable and very professional. We picked up the car yesterday. The whole process was seamless. Was an excellent experience."

"Went in for a scheduled oil change. Found out I needed new rear brake pads in the video review so I decided to do it that day. Sat in the waiting area for over 3 hours.. Not once did an employee come back and go over what is good/bad with my car or to tell me how long it would all take. After 3 hours of waiting I walked back out into the garage to ask what the status of my car was. Then I get told It wouldn’t be done that day…Sat there for 3 hours for nothing. However, the service to my car was great and was given a loner car for the night which was great too. But it was very frustrating just sitting there not knowing anything then having to go out myself and ask what was going on. If I hadn’t I would’ve been sitting there until closing time. Again, the service was great I just wish I would’ve been more informed in how long it was going to take. Thank you."

"Always on time, easy to schedule, clean waiting room with wifi, answers questions clearly, keeps great records about what has been done before. Proactive and willing to discuss upcoming maintenance requirements and rank in order of importance so I can spread out the services and not get a big surprise bill. Not a fan of the 3% charge for using a credit card, but I guess it is better than just building that into their prices."

"Overall pretty satisfied. Service has been good and I like the car. Negatives: they wouldn't budge on the price, they didn't give me a chance to take the car in to have a mechanic look at it, they added some kind of $400 (bogus) insurance thing to the price that I had no choice but to pay, they advertised online for lifetime powertrain warranty and so far I have not been able to get them to honor that. 1/19/24 Update: The warranty only applies to "Qualified" used cars. My car was too old. It might be nice to put a footnote on the advertisement that specifies age and mileage limits for "qualified"."
