They told me what it would cost based upon a texted photo and provided a confirmed final cost when we arrived for our scheduled appointment, in which they did; And it was still a very reasonable number. They said it would take three days and kept me informed of the progress via text messages. After the third day, we picked up the car, and Robert gave a very thorough explanation on what it took to take off the hatch, the emblems, windshield, repair the large scratch, then blend the paint over the scratch and they blend it very well.
