"CHECK THE BRAND AND QUALITY OF TIRES BEFORE YOU BUY YOUR VEHICLE!!! My car is less than 2 years old and has 25k miles. I went to get my air filter changed and I was told that I needed new tires….I told them my car is brand new and the service manager told me that Nissan is currently using very cheap low quality tires that will not last over 30k miles. I was also told that I was not the first one to complain about this issue. I tried calling to complain and I was told to just call customer service. I put in my corporate complaint but no one is doing anything about this. I’m now officially out of a thousand dollars. I NEVER had this type of issue with Ford, Hyundai, and Chevy. I will never buy from this dealership again if I have to purchase cheap products. To add on to this, they brought in a 3rd party to install after market heated seats, and that company did not screw my seat back in. I only found this out because when I went around a sharp turn, my seat popped out of place and almost caused me to wreck. I then brought it back to Nissan, and I was told my seat was missing 3 screws! I will not buy from this dealership again if they continue to sell me low quality products or use low quality 3rd party companies. Shame on me for not doing my full research on the entire car before I bought from them. Update: Nissan Customer service called me and said that I would need to call the the tire manufacturer. The tire manufacturer told me that I need to talk to the dealership. This is just ridiculous customer service. Very embarrassing of Nissan."
