"I brought my truck in for a warranty repair which I was told they would order the part and call me when it arrived. After several weeks I stopped in again to find out the parts had never been ordered. I was assured they would be ordered at this time and also discussed a full deluxe detail. I was called at the time the parts came in and scheduled an appoint which included a full detail. I arrived on that date to be told they had no idea about the detail. I requested they work out the schedule for both and call me when it was all set. I got the call and showed up for the repair and detail at that time was told it would be 2 days. @ days later I received my first notice that they had started working on my truck. 2 more days pass before my truck is finished. I left voicemail for the collision manager which was never returned. After picking up my truck I ended up having to clean the inside of my windshield were the oil change stickers go because that was not touched and the trim on the driver door panel seems to be loose which i didn't notice before. I have not reached back out to the dealership based on the experience I had."

"Exceeded my expectations from calling to set appointment, being greeted promptly upon pulling into garage, having what I wanted done confirmed, being shown to the customer waiting area, a Chance meeting with a very nice lady who is in charge of warranty, & while she was there answered a question I had, to paying my bill & jumping in my waiting truck, start to finish, a very efficient, & pleasurable experience. Every employee I had interaction clearly put the customer, me first. I’ll be back!"

"Great service department. Repairs and maintenance are done quickly and thoroughly. Their communications with the rental car place next door at the Collision Center needs improvement. 2/3 times the service department said the rental car place was alerted that I was coming to pick up a car but the rental place never got the message, causing me to cool my heels for an hour for a rental car to be prepared."
