"My husband and I have been trying to work with him it has been problematic, he's very flakey. In the same breath he's talking about not responding because of health problems and wanting to spend time with his family he talks about how busy business is because he's sooo good at what he does."

"So, I came in contact with Mr. McClain when he reached out to me offering his services in liquidation of belongings and clean out. I had no idea what to expect, but invited him to come see the stuff. So, we arranged for that to happen January 12. That morning, he was late. But I over looked it when he called and explained, and he came on out to look. I expected a quick look, but the process of him looking over everything took perhaps 8 hours. I made the time for it because it would benefit me to do so. During that time, we talked about what I needed from him, and I thought all was well. On January 19th, he was going to look at some stuff again, which was fine. Since then, I haven't heard from him except for February 4th, asking if it was too late to call me. It wasn't, but he didn't. Nothing else, and now the number doesn't work. Don't know if disconnected or blocked. But almost 2 months wasted. Very frustrated and simply do not understand. But some simple advice - he currently doesn't seem very reliable to me."

"I found some really cool items when I went. Prices was great. I brought home a beautiful old desk with chair and found amazing dolls to repaint. Owner helped me look for some random items. Very nice man. Cant wait to go back when the store is open to search some more."

"Looked like a hoarders stash, cluttered, barely able to walk thru wo knocking stuff off or over. Smelled dusty, musty, like gas and cigarette smoke. Some prices were great others were ridiculous. Don't think I'll go back til it's organized better than the death trap it currently resembles...or at all. Seeing the shape some things were in or had been treated that destroyed the value of them, I doubt I'd ever have their services for any of my families estates. Having dealt w him before, I'm very disappointed in his endeavor here."
