"Bad communication, but decent service when you can receive it. > Set an appt to have a AC issue diagnosed > Told a part needs to be replaced > OK, sets 2nd appt to have those parts replaced and excited for working AC because I've almost been wiped out 2949494x from my hot box > Arrive to appt and waits > Dude confirms my appt and takes my keys > Waits > He comes back to tell me they don't have the parts needed for the repair and they needed to be ordered but that they should be delivered later in the week > Confused and a bit frustrated on why they didn't say anything at the 1st appt or didn't bother to call me at anytime before my 2nd appt to say that instead of wasting my time and gas..gets over it and just hopeful I'll have my ac fixed by then > Have issues setting 3rd appt and having issues with communication from shop/ when able to communicate, told one of parts hadn't arrived still..Now upset because I need a working AC yesterday > Give up on setting appt and waiting for parts to arrive and go elsewhere"

I contacted them about it, had it towed in and they honored the warranty and did not charge me anything to fix/replace it and it was ready the next day. "Bishop's really take care of their customers. Went in for a brake pad change because they had been sqweeking. Turns out the pads were fine and didn't need a change. They could of taken advantage and done the change but they were honest and helped me out. I appreciate the way they took care of me and will continue going to them."
