"****BEWARE**** Zero stars earned. Charged $142 for 13 shirts, 3 suits, two pants, and a blouse, which is 30-50% more than others in the area. Destroyed 4 of the shirts and the blouse by pressing their hot iron marks into the clothes. 7 other shirts have micro-creases through the shoulders, backs, and collars. (See pictures) Prices for dry cleaning are not posted anywhere at the shop or online. Dropped off with a receipt/ticket without any total cost or pricing listed on it. Offered to pay up front and was told to pay when I picked it up in three days. Had I known the ridiculous total would be $142, I would have taken my clothes back before giving them a chance to ruin them and price-gouge me. Asked for a manager to call me back on Saturday when I picked everything up, which they wouldn’t release until paid in full. Still no call back. Neat. Now I have to drive back to get refunded for the garbage “cleaning” and reimbursed for the destroyed shirts. Likely an argument with zero service and will end up disputing with my credit card company. Go anywhere else in town for better quality and service."

"City Cleaners Laundromat has recently opened. ●●The Grand Opening weekend is this weekend 5/20-5/21/23 from 9-3-FREE wash and dry!!!! They will have pizza, drinks, and you can meet the owner. ●●This laundromat is connected to the dry cleaners, which has been in the family for 110 years! Very nice machines, washers are sanitized after each use!!! Also, the laundromat has an attendant for the entire time they are open, I was fortunate to meet a young woman, Tiffany, who was very nice and helpful. The hours are from 7 am to 10 pm Mon-Sunday, and the last wash is at 9:30. They do offer a great service-wash, dry, and fold. Which is very convenient! Price is $2.25 per pound and 17.99 for a comforter-regardness of size! There is a 10lb. minimum charge for anything less than 10 lbs. The vending machines are being filled this weekend - that is the goal. This place has top-notch washers and dryers and is very big and roomy!! I like the fact there is attendant there all the time! You will love this laundromat!!! Another great thing for the month of May is Double Your Dollars! You can purchase a card for ex. $20 and will get double the amount $40 to use on the washers and dryers. Take advantage of this!!! I reviewed the laundromat by Lake Cable. It is so small, I felt like I was always bumping into someone, and the one side had water all over the floor, which was an accident waiting to happen-NO ATTENDANT IN SIGHT! I give City Cleaners 5☆ plus!! Try it out, you won't regret it!!!"

The team welcomed me with smiling faces! So kind and helpful! Investing back into this location with improvements should bring more business too! The building is looking great!
