"Payed to have roof/gutters cleaned. Mold on roof appears to be gone. Debris out of top of gutters cleaned off( have gutter guards) however, there were streaks left on outside of gutters and white residue left on windows (outside lights etc.) Company did reach out to me and asked about how the service was. I told them about streaks and white residue left, I was told I only paid for interior cleaning of gutters? They offered (at a discount price) to come and clean gutters but I told them I already cleaned up what should have not been left in first place. I feel this is the infamous “nickel and diming” from certain companies. At the very least, they should have told me beforehand, you are only paying for interior gutter cleaning and therefore outside of your gutters may not be clean? I think it’s safe to assume most consumers expect if you are paying for gutter cleaning, inside/outside should be included. They look worse now and will need to be addressed in spring."

"I had both of my Lake Houses washed last week. Exact ProWash worked with the Schedule due to a late and lingering Midge swarm. The houses are so white and 2 years of midges and spiders are gone! I will be Scheduling 3 washes a year at these properties and am happy to refer them to other property owners and investors! My rear overhang was coated in dead bugs and buggy juices- all gone and bright white. There were a few little midges still in the air that day!"
