"Bought a living room suit from them and paid for the extra warranty called them because the recliner in the couch was broke they told me it would take 12 weeks for the part to come in the mail I have waited way pass the 12 weeks and my couch is falling apart so I called the store to talk to someone about what was going on and they put me on hold for over 30 minutes and then when I was complaining to them the problem they hung up on me I would strongly tell anybody if you buy furniture from them don't thank it will last long because I haven't had this set even a year yet and if you do still buy from them don't waist your time with the warranty"

My living room has been sitting vacant as I removed the old furniture when given a 4th rescheduled delivery thinking “this time HAD to be the last” poor response and poor service leads to no service"
