"I ordered a couch and ottoman that they had to order. they arrived and the ottoman was the wrong size. I tried calling to fix the issue and they have NO WAY of reaching them by phone. the contact me form never reached anyone and I had to use the online chat on their website. it has been a week and a half of playing email tag with someone who can't even understand that they sent the wrong one. every time i use the chat they say someone will call me and no one ever does. They may be good when nothing goes wrong but this has been a nightmare otherwise. I highly recommend getting your furniture somewhere else."
