"Best service EVER. Had a headlight out on a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ben diagnosed the problem, made sure it was the bulb and not the balast, and then replaced the bulb. This is my second excellent encounter with O'Reilly Auto Parts on Wilmington Pike. They have earned my business for as long as I live in SW Ohio."

"I love this store and all the employees that work here. As a woman that doesn't know anything about cars and is always worried I'll be scammed, I completely trust this store. They are always so respectful and extremely helpful. I have had to go here a couple of times for small things such as headlights, brake lights, oil, and windshield wipers. Each time I walk in they ask how they can help me. Last year, the day after Christmas I had to go in to get new windshield wipers and this older gentleman helped replace them. Keep in mind it was during a snow storm, he just put on his jacket and happily replaced them for me. He was extremely kind, and I hope he sees this!"
