"I came to this place to pick up a part for a car I had recently acquired. One of the fellas there worked with me and used their scanner to give me the computer codes for my car. He let me take photos of the codes, and instead of just trying to throw parts at the car, gave me advice on how to troubleshoot the code problems so that I wasn't just wasting money needlessly. I definitely appreciate his honesty and I will go back there when it is time to get the next set of parts because of their ability to be helpful."
