"If you want to wait 3 plus hours to have your tires changed, go ahead and knock yourself out. They also broke one of my tire pressure monitor sensors and charged me $28 to replace it. To top it all off, I had to take it back to them the next day because they did not calibrate my tire pressure sensors after changing the tires, causing warning light to come on and shutting off features like cruise control until thr TPMS was reset. This took them over an hour when it should have taken about 10 minutes tops to hook up an Autel and calibrate the sensors. I know they have cheap tires prices, but you should just order the tires from them and take them somewhere local and pay about $40 to have them installed, which is cheaper than Walmart's installation cost."

"Came in to have my front tires replaced. After an hour of waiting they called and said they couldn't complete the service because they couldn't get a lug nut off. These people are supposed to be professionals. They told me they wanted to leave because their clock out was in 45 minutes. Never bringing a vehicle here again."
