"The passenger window on my work van shattered while driving on the highway luckily it was tinted so it didn’t fall in but gates brothers glass was able to get a new window by noon the next day and had me in and out in under an hour!! And they were much cheaper than safelite. And safelite couldn’t get to it done for two more days. So I highly appreciate gates brothers glass for their quick work. And highly recommend!"

"I cannot recommend this glass shop enough or doing business with Thomas Gates. I have had two windshields installed here both done professionally. Thomas Gates went above and beyond on 11/19/21. I had some issues with my insurance company and my previous insurance company which caused issues for me to get serviced. The insurance companies did not try to alleviate the situation but Mr Thomas Gates went above and beyond and fixed this problem despite not having to. Very honest, no nonsense shop. I recommend anyone who needs glass installed in there vehicle to come to this shop you cannot beat the work ethic nor the customer service. They go above and beyond it’s hard to find people like this nowadays or an owner who runs his business with such integrity. They won’t screw you over, they really do put the customer first.
