"I just want to brag HIGHLY of the store manager Greg and his associate (I didn't get his name). I came in Saturday to this location after driving 8 hours with 3 kids from Hickory, NC with a dead battery. Prior to stopping by, my car wouldn't start in two different locations, had to call roadside assistance to jump my battery twice, and had already had a nearby auto place try to replace my battery and after an hour of trying they told me only a mechanic could replace it. I drive a 2020 Ford Explorer and where the battery is located is not convenient and is under a piece of plastic. Greg and his associate went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure the battery got replaced and they did so with a smile on their face even though it was freezing and took 30 minutes to accomplish. It is hard to find people like those two and if I had a say, they definitely deserve a raise. Thanks for proving that there are still good people and employees in this world. I can't thank you enough!"
